I called to ask if they had a certain thing and the girl was very rude about it like I was supposed to know if they had it or not,, and when I finally said “ok thank you” she said “mhm ok” and rudely hung up.

Walked in, waited our turn in line, and once at the register, we told the young lady cashier my wife was looking at vape pens and needed help. She asked us to step aside so she could ring up the patrons behind us (?!?) and she would be with us in a second. After waiting to get to the register the first time, probably ten minutes, and then waiting and watching FIVE other people get rung up, we finally just said the heck with it and left. Some places customer service is not the priority. I work too hard for my money to spend it in those places.
