First time at this establishment, Sat at 4:30, open sign is on, doors locked. Hand written sign on the door: "be back in 10 minutes. In desperate need of food" Waited over 10 minutes. 5 people came, parked, saw the sign and left. I guess they don't like money?

Online it says open at 10 on weekdays. 5 people show up between 10 and 1030 and the doors are closed. You do realize that you potentially just threw away at least $200 in sales.. Just because you can't be open when you say you are open. And you will lose more and more sales the more this happens. If you don't rectify the situation.... You will lose your store.
