I purchased a mi-one vape with them. First time using it, it doesn’t work. I call the store because it is only a day after I bought it so I thought they would at least let me exchange it. What I was told is there is no return/exchange policy so there was nothing they could do for me. Shop at your own risk. If you buy a defected item from them then you are on your own. You are better off going to hideaway!

Hugh selection on everything from vaporizers, liquids and glass. In my opinion its the best smoke shop in the twin cities. I got an amazing deal on my new mod and they worked with me on the price. The staff were extremely helpful. There's a women with brown hair there and she is the one to talk to. I'll definitely be back.

Always go here for my "tobacco" needs. Cool people usually working there. Good product, great pricing, like the fact that they are open late. They've got literally everything u want or need.

Great selection usually good employees. Purchased some items from my usual employee and had a pleasant talk with him. Asked if I could take a few pictures he didn't mind. Than this scrawny looking employee who either was drugged up it something walked it and said no pictures that he had told me before. Lol you are crazy. Trying to get nice pictures for the public had him all mad at me. Whatever. They need to get rid of that dude. He's really the bad Apple at that store. I've been to other locations owned by the same company and they are polite. Next time I might not be so polite

Not very smart around this shop. Couldn't even help me find a ceramic cell coil for my tank. Kept on showing me mini wick style ones the whole time.
