They fill up the "new" pieces and bubble them to show how they work. No one wants a piece that someone already put their dirty lips on. Ive confronted them about the situation and i was told that the pieces on the shelves are showcase pieces and they would grab you a new one from the back. From my past experience, the few pieces I've bought from there were straight off the shelf and wrapped up for me. They lost my business, and I hope this review changes minds of others as well to shop at this dirty ass store
