I am in Michigan for work and my old smok 350 stopped working. So I came here and I bought a lost vape triade. I popped in my efest batteries and the lost vape said check batteries, a worker ensured me that my batteries were dead. So I went back to my hotel and made sure they were a 100% charged, still told me check batteries. I am busy with work and such so it was a few days until I could come back. When I come back in I tell the same worker my problem, he tells me that it is my batteries, I’m skeptical. He puts my batteries in another mod in the shop and the mod works just fine. He tells me to buy 3 new HG2s, I’m frustrated now but I try it out because he’s the expert. He puts in the 3 new HG2s into the lost vape it still says check batteries, he tells me that it’s because they are not fully charged. I take his word for it, bring them back to my hotel charge them up 100% and the lost vape still doesn’t work. Now it’s past the 7 day return policy, they need to make this right. The employee knew what he was doing, told me there was no way it was the lost vape mod. He kept saying it’s too high end to break, and he told me the mods come with a lifetime warranty. I think he lied to me about the warranty too. Stay away from here. They lie and just want your money. I will be going back again today to see if they make it right. I will update this post. And I will be getting the employees name and posting it on here. I have seen the owner respond to posts on here, the owner needs to respond to this one.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They know a lot about their products and are able to help with questions and recommendations. The store is well stocked and the prices are way lower than most vape shops i've been to.

The staff here is awesome. The selection is just OK, mainly because they are out of stock on a lot of items just a day or two after they receive their shipments. I feel corporate does a poor job managing the inventory.

Ethan was extremely rude and seemed as if he was annoyed with my questions about vaping. Wanting to stop smoking cigarettes this place was not at all helpful and I left without buying a vape and frustrated

Clean store and everything is fresh. Great prices especially on Wednesdays when they have there sale days. The only problem is i noticed alot of times some of the younger cashiers will be talking to other employees while ringing you up, and they act as if you are invisible. The owner/manager is the best with customers, and will answer any questions.
