I love this place. The people who work there are so smart about what they talk about it amazes me, they are also SO helpful, i have NEVER EVER had a problem there or with one of their products. They have reasonable prices and huge selection, I only buy my stuff here because these are hard workers who deserve my business

I was a long time customer (since before the rebrand, see Yelp for those reviews, lol), but this last experience will have me never walking through those doors again. The deals mysteriously 'end' at the end of each month and I was told that, in an emergency situation (take Kratom as opiate alternative for my physical disability) that the owner would "cut me a deal anyway". Ok. Cool. Usually the deal is 40 or 50% off, he comes back with "20%". I looked at him like, really? I've been coming here for over 3 years. He even had the balls at the register to take 20 cents off like that would make me happy. The very next morning I got a text from their system telling me kratom would be 25% off that month. Unbelievable. Their quality suffers as well; the kratom clumps and just simply doesn't perform -- basically what I'm saying is that as a long time user their kratom feels either very weak or adulterated. Their "premium" e-juice True Drips obliterated two of my coils within days of putting it in, haven't used that juice since and have had no problems. When I was given my free coil I was given the wrong one and told that I wasn't. The list goes on and on. The kids are friendly, but the business practices are shady at best. Also, why is the store ALWAYS full of kids? Chew on that for a second. If you want to pay 400% for things or are in a pinch, literally go to ANY of the other smoke shops on van dyke within a mile of them, there's one just north of them on the same side of the road. 250g kratom should cost about 40 bucks max, there's some perspective. Thanks for "always taking care of me", BROTHER. EDIT: Was contacted by D from the vape shop and was told that they did not value my business and they're "not holding an AK-47 to your head or anything", and told me I was no longer welcome in the shop. Very professional way to handle a complaint. No sense of respect for the customer, no attempt to rectify any hurt feelings, just terse, disrespectful nonsense.

For anyone who says marijuana isn't physically addictive, I'd challenge them to smoke for years, stop cold turkey, then tell me how they feel. Desperate for a natural remedy to withdawl symptoms, I went here and found a world of help. I explained my situation to the employee and he, with empathy, understood my needs and was very professional and accomadating in explaining the various products they sold and their effects. After asking me questions to gauge what would be a good fit, I left with a legal herbal supplement that feels like a godsend at this point - my body temp has stabilized, I'm not at all irritable (a complete reversal), and I'm able to focus and finally get some good sleep. I honestly can't put into words how appreciative I am of this establishment and their employees.

Notice how all of the "excellent" reviews are either by staff or by those under 18? This shop is a hands-down bait-&-switch rip off, the staff are uneducated and rude... Not to pick on Smok, but it's hardly "top shelf kit", and their "premium juices" are far from premium. I've given this place 3 chances, they've blown every one. Never going back. There are plenty of good vape shops around. This isn't one of them.
