I see all of these great reviews on this place, so when my daughter was looking for a Zippo for her boyfriend for a gift, this was the first place we went. The store is very close to my house, and based on the reviews, I thought it would be a great place to shop. I was wrong. Aesthetically, the shop was very nice, the keno, the lounge, I thought “Wow! I wish I had known about this place sooner.” But my happy thoughts were soon extinguished by an extremely arrogant man who acted bothered by our presence. This person was rude, and dismissive. Normally, I’d chalk this up to maybe a bad day, and consider maybe giving them another shot at another time, but when you’re rude to my wife and daughter... You sealed the deal on never getting my business. When I asked if the owner was available, this crotchety man replied “I’m the manager, and that’s as high as it goes.” “So you’re the owner?” I asked... “I might as well be.” He replied. Okay, well that’s good enough for me. Enjoy your pretty empty building sir. I left and went to a different tobacco store. The people in that store were friendly, welcoming, and acted glad to see us. And that store actually had other customers, unlike Tobacco Town. Since then, I drive past Tobacco Town, and two other stores, to patronize the other shop where the people showed myself, my wife, and my daughter respect.

DJ is the man and very knowledgeable on the store's products. Very friendly as well, would highly recommend you stopping in and giving this guy a visit

Great humidor & lounge Downriver! The humidor is large, well maintained, fully stocked w/an excellent selection & kept separate from the lounge. Dj has a wealth of knowledge & passion about his business & the cigar world. Tell him John Wick himself sent you!

The staff are really great guys and very knowledgeable and their inventory is extensive. Relaxing in the lounge was a AAA+ experience for sure.

Great place to have a smoke in during the cold months, the lounge has comfortable seating. The staff on site are extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry . They have an impressive array of pipes, pipe tobacco, and cigars.
