They don't stand behind ANY of their products. While the staff is knowledgable - If you get a defect, you are required to pay full price for a replacement. I had an item fail twice due to manufacturing defect. They assured me that it would be fine the second time around. Paid full price twice. Now, for the THIRD they offer me a 20% discount. Nope! Your products are cheaper online. This store does not accept any returns, refunds of exchanges. BUYER BEWARE.

I'm all about great customer service and let me tell you I had an incident today that I was about to be furious over but a young gentleman that works there saved the day. I'm sorry i didn't catch your name bro but I would love to give you props on your quick thinking on doing a door sale lol thanks again it's people like you that keep the faith alive

The best smoke shop I have been to by far! The staff is very friendly, not to mention very helpful. The selection is huge and the quality is great, everything is VERY reasonably priced, especially glass pieces, and they always have awesome deals going on to lower the price even further. I would easily recommend this place to anyone!!

So i bought 10 Mr Vapor disposable pod devices and out of the 10, 2 didn’t even work. When i went into the store the guy tells me to open all the pod devices as soon as you buy them and check to make sure they work and he cannot refund or replace them and nothing he can to help. Would’ve given 0 rating if there was...and am sitting in my car testing all my pods now.

I have been shopping here (Chilson Commons) for quite some time. I had a problem with the store not accepting Kool coupons. I was contacted by the owner, and the problem was solved. Now it seems that the problem has returned. I was denied the use of coupons twice in the past three weeks, and two of my coupons have expired. While the employees are friendly and helpful, I am disappointed by this problem.
