They do not except exchanges or refunds. We purchased a new vape from them and they sold us the wrong coil/tank for it. Fair enough, mistakes happen, but they refused to exchange or return it for the correct one. So we are just out the $11.99 +tax with a useless tank/coil. I would like to also note that the individuals working there are very unfamiliar with their products and how to mix the home brew juice. It’s a shame because I have been visiting them for of couple years now and have had another issue with a defective product they wouldn’t do anything about. There are other stores in this area, and I think I’ll explore those from now on. I noticed that Tawas prices are quite a bit cheaper anyway.
