Psycle Sam's Heady Glass on 1865 Henry St #3

I have been a customer for a long time but I'm afraid to say I will never spend money here again. I just recently I purchased a hive dive concentrate kit. The first day I smoked out of it dry and everything was fine. The second day I thought I would try it with water. I tried to put water in it and it just leaks out the bottom. I went online and they are intended to use wet or dry. I talked to a employee at the shop and he said all sales are final and there is nothing they can do about it. It's really messed up because I look at pictures online and you can see there is a manufacturer defect in mine and it was nothing I had done to it. I also looked on different web sites and they at least give me a 30 day guarantee on the product. I hate to say it but, I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Psycle Sam's, and I will try to do all my shopping online from now on. The sad thing is I live to give money to local businesses. Thank you for your time.

Disrespectful, sold me junk. Don't do returns. Wild Bill tobacco has better prices, better selection, and professional staff. Don't shop here.
