My mother has ALS. My husband stopped in to O'Neal's to see what they have for lift chairs, and what the process was for getting one through Insurance. They gave him a form to take to the Doctor, which we did on the 4th of February. We checked a couple of times over the next couple of weeks with O'Neal's and were told they had received a prescription, but not the necessary form. Dropped another off to the doctor. Checked a week later with O'Neals and was told they still hadn't gotten the paperwork. Checked again with doctor and they said they had a confirmed fax that paperwork was sent to O'Neals. Called O'Neals again, and they looked through their faxes from the past 4 days (which nobody had checked), and confirmed they had all required paperwork. I asked O'Neal's to send to their payment department so we could go pick up a chair. Received a call 20 minutes later-soooo sorry, didn't realize your mother has a Medicare Advantage plan. We can't bill them. You will have to find someone who bills them, and start the whole process over. Are you kidding me?! The first thing O'Neals should have done, before the process even started, was to confirm the insurance. Now we've wasted the better part of a month, and an 86 year old sick woman who is struggling with every movement will have to wait for the help she needs because of the incompetence of the people at O'Neal's. My suggestion, skip O'Neal's and go to Walgreens.

Oneals has been my pharmacy for 45 years. Always provide excellent customer service. They go out of their way to help in anyway possible. The pharmacist will speak to you personally if you have questions about your medications..

IF YOU EXPECT ANY KIND OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY, DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH! THEY WOULD RATHER PLAY DUMB, IGNORE YOU AND ALL YOUR MONEY (yes, the owner Neil O'Neal told me that personally) THAN PROPERLY MANAGER THEIR EMPLOYEES AND TEACH THEM BARE-BONE BASICS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'M SO DISGUSTED, I COULD SPIT!
