I was never informed in the 7-9 years of a NO REFUND policy! I had a conversation with all 3 of people in store (sat 7th April) @ time of my purchase! A year ago I was told (after the e-cig I bought) "it's probably a bad coil" I would never ever buy any e-cigs or accessories! Not I must boycott WILD BILLS! they lost all of my cig, black & mild, rolling machines - from cheapest, a crank 1, & electric, cigars, e-cigs, juices...etc... lots of money spent at any WILD BILLS! today had conversation with 3 employees about needing the receipt for refund bcuz it's really not what I'm looking for! Upon returning 2 hours later, it was then that couldn't get the refund! How come I wasn't informed before I made the purchase? I am disgusted, upset, & angry how this all unvailed only after I was completely RIPPED OFF! I also will be contacting "CORPERATE/HEAD QUARTERS on Monday. Not that I expect anything to go in my favor... just to let them know my very horrible & sad experiences that lose me as a customer for this company has NO GOOD ETHICS & DO NOT CARE ABOUT KEEPING CUSTOMER HAPPY! If it weren't for customers... this business would never have a success in sales! I believe that's the way "THEY" make their money by RIPPING OFF PEOPLE instead of TAKING CARE & WANTING REPEAT CONSUMERS! LOST ME, See ya wouldn't wanna be ya👎👎😠😬😤👎👎👎😝💛😬😝🤔
