I live in Kentucky and ordered from this shop online. After looking through all of the awesome products they carry, I had some questions about a product in their website, so I called the store for more information. The associate I talked to was extremely helpful, even sent me pictures over text message, and set aside a piece to make sure I got the colors I wanted when I placed the order. I placed the order on a Thursday night and the package arrived the following Monday. I couldn't be happier with the product I purchased, or the exerts melt high level of service I received. I would HIGHLY recommend this store.

This is really the only shop in Grand Rapids that I like going to. The staff friendly and they have everything for any kind of budget. They always go out of their way to make sure the customers needs are met. Also they always have good tunes playing whenever I go in :)

Amazing!!!! Great customer service, truly, that's so hard to find. Not only were they super helpful but they also didn't try to sell me the most expensive thing. In fact, there was a holiday sale so she tried to sell me their cheapest water pipe (she knew that's what I wanted). They have a little bit everything, e liquids and equipment, jars, games, clothes, everything else. On to prices, I think their prices are very reasonable! This stuff can get expensive especially if it is handmade and a unique one of a kind, you expect to pay a lot. This place is a lot like what I remember shakedown being like. I totally recommend it and I love that you can see what they have online!
