I called for info on a product I wanted to buy, he was unhelpful and short with me on the phone. If that's how customers are talked to, I definitely will not go there and be treated like that. Train your employees to be friendly when they answer the phone, it's the first impression for new potential customers.

Really nice place to visit I went in there to get a new Vape so I could save some money and was able to get something that was very good for me. Employees I met with were very sociable and helpful furthermore they were knowledgeable about their products.

Nice store, plenty of different products tobacco, tubes & ect. to choose from. Only thing I wasn't a big fan of was having to scoop out & weigh my own tobacco which is kept in a wooden barrel so it was pretty dried out, but besides that staff was friendly & helpful

Best tobacco store hands down, they have everything you need here plus some and decent prices. If you sign up for the email you will get coupons and discount all the time, mostly on Wednesday is when they run their deals.
