I usually always have a great experience at this shop come in here often enough to know the people there, but when I come across an issue with an item I had just purchased I get no help and a rude response and way It was handled was defensive. Now I have to contact a manufacturer/supplier for help other than where I had purchased. None the less I was told over the phone I could come in and get help as soon as I got there I am told to take a photo of a sheet of paper for help that could have been easily handled over the phone instead of wasting more of my time on a simple no I cant help you I have recommended this place to alot of people for its friendliness and knowledge of product but that is no excuse I will no longer recommend due to customer service

Worst customer service I have seen!! The guy got into an argument with me about his cbd product because I was right and proved him wrong and then got intense and wanted to started a fight with me while I was clam and didn’t want any trouble. They have a great selection of products but the worst customer service I have seen and I think he was the owner that threatened to call the cops on me for explaining to him what he told me was wrong about his product and people shouldn’t be lied to about a certain product

They have a large selection. Especially kratom. Cheapest and largest selection I've seen in this state. Would recomend over wild bills.

This is the absolute best place around for all of your smoking needs. The staff is extremely kind and and the prices are more than reasonable. I love the surprise bags, which are always a great gift for a friend with similar interests. Great prices, great deals, and an amazing staff who actually cares about their customers. Also, they have some skateboards, so extra props. This place is amazing.

Normally great place, but one of the workers who is a young kid is very RUDE. I asked him to help me put a coil in my cbd vap. He told me he couldnt that he had customers to take care of i said aren't i a customer. He said i don't have time, upon that response i asked for my money back on an unopened package that i never touched. He said no, i said give me a receipt so i can explain to owners, he said no and was very cocky when saying this, we exchanged words and i left. I spent alot of money in there and will no longer go back unless the employee gives an apology.
