I thought my business was worth more than 13$.Virtually no parking... Customer for a little over 3 years, it is a bit pricey but generally good experience here... However attempting to make a return was cut no slack whatsoever. I'm sure I've spent my money's worth here ( bi-weekly- monthly customer) and told over the phone to bring in the slider that was bought for myself as a gift. No in store credit... Really guys.That Was All I Had Asked For. How am I supposed to know whether or not something was used it was returned because it didn't fit my pipe to begin with. Very frustrated by this, as IIwas told something would be worked out over the phone and to my knowledge this slider looked clean.(It's been in it's original bubblewrap since I got it.) So i drove over, got everything done and head in. Apparently a swab says it was used. Hmm. Very very faintly colored on the qtip mind you. I don't know what happened. Someone may have used it but not sure. I'v always shopped here, even with the prices and parking because I firmly believe in small business. That said, those prices can be beat in town by multiple stores. The main point is the service. It's always amicable and a really great vibe and I went for that SOLE reason. I guess that's it from my experience guys. Overall. It is a good store. I love the staff here but whatever that was over a 13$ slider really pissed me off on a Saturday. running errands, out missing the game and wasting gas to try and park God knows where! Lol I thought my business was worth more than a 13$ return. That's all really. I write this with emotion guys I always liked the Den! I can't give out a single star that's too harsh. But that's my only concern.

Bought a vape pen there and had troubles with it. Not knowing if it was my own ignorance or equipment malfunction. So I went back a couple days later with receipt in hand and the guy behind the counter checked it out replaced non working part hassle free and avaping I went. Thanks

Always super friendly ladies that work in there. Nice selection of pipes. Also they give a discount to card holders. So that's nice.
