Good selection. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Slightly higher quality glass for a slightly higher price. Also lots of nice local artwork glass available. Not sure about the tobacco I do not smoke it.

I went back to cigarettes because they can't figure out how to keep coils stocked. Both locations I've gone to, Mt. Pleasant and Cadillac, have been out of my coils most times I've been in either one. Just stop selling vape stuff if you can't figure it out, it's just sad.

The second star is for the prices. The customer service is just okay if you get the right CSR. The manager seems to be a burnout and although I am a regular customer, fails to remember me or even greet me most of the time. This place has so much potential with the right staff, but this is not the right staff - hire a grownup for a manager.
