Been going her for 30yrs. Got pretty good prices and the guys that run the place and pretty cool. Love their Skull selection! They also have so pretty sweet Bowls and Bongs too! Stop on in and check um out. Enjoy! 😎

My experience with the Dream Factory was more of a nightmare than a dream to say the least. I was greeted by a surly, unhappy person who obviously had something better to do than her job, and did not want anyone in the store. I asked a question about a particular product and the answer was a short "I don't know" accompanied by an icy stare. I then asked to see another product behind the counter, which she quickly grabbed and slammed on the counter in front of me, then she proceeded to stare off into space, with her arms folded in front of her. Her demeanor was simply appalling; constant heavy sighing and rolling her eyes at the customers every time she was spoken to. She did not want anyone in the store, and she wanted everyone to know it. Even so, I did actually make a purchase, started out the door then realized I'd forgotten something. When I walked back into the store, this woman literally threw her hands in the air, and walked away from me with a another heavy sigh. She may just as well have said "WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW?!" Her body language said it loud and clear. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had or heard of in my entire life. UNBELIEVABLE!
