The online store is a complete scam. Alan Cancelino will take your money and then ignore your e-mails when 6 months passes by without your item coming. Seriously, just pathetic to run a business like this. Response: It took several emails to even receive one from you. You promised to look into it and never responded after that. I received a total of 2 emails from you. I never received my package. Any other place would have acknowledged that. I even offered to buy another one if this one was not coming but you assured me it was. Now you’re just lying. “Several emails”... 2 emails that took weeks and weeks to receive.

Ordered from their website back in December and omg.. what a nightmare. Still have not received my item and my countless emails went unanswered or if they did, it was absolutely no help, just a simple "your item is still coming" It was an expensive order and to not even receive a reply to my e-mails is just unprofessional
