The staff are great and super helpful! I absolutely love coming here. They're all very social and know most of the answers to the questions you ask. I've never had a single problem with any products I've ever gotten from them either. This is a great place to get your electronic cigarettes and accessories.

Very friendly staff. Can talk for hours with these guys. They know all about vapes and answer all questions and even help show you things you didn't know you needed!

Went in yesterday, 2 employees working. One was wearing white and liked gummy worm flavor juice. and the other had a beard, and was very knowledgeable about all the products. Originally went in to get a new glass, however, The marketing swept me away so i bought a bottle of juice as i left too. The way they operate is they treat you like a person, you walk in and they just talk to you. They tell you their opinions, their favorite juices, recommend products. The goal is to create a happy customer and i went out with a big smile on my face. A lot better than Beantown vapor in my opinion, which is the nearby competitor as i believe the Vape Way has a better stock and better employees. Honestly might even submit an application to work there myself at some point. This is a very well run company. It is always something to look forward to doing when im low on juice or something. 5/5 +Service +Stock +Tidiness +Marketing

The guys were friendly and they were knowledgeable about each of the products they were showing me. There is a great selection in various price ranges, and great juice selection. I left with a complete set up, and they made sure everything was working properly and that I understood how to use everything. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
