Again amazing service from the owner of the Vault Northampton, Mr. Frank W and as always exceptional customet service by, Mr. Peter Bovat. Obviously the owner went above and beyond when training his associates and Peter; whom is relatively new to the Vault is a perfect example how a little bit of knowledge can change a person's life. Between the both of their expansive knowledge; I'm able to properly medicate myself and live a better life each day because The Vault Northampton.

Awesome customer service and friendly staff easily makes up for their lack of Juice options. It appears to be a store more catered for weed paraphernalia but they still manage to go above and beyond with how they treat their customers. Of all the places I've gone to for my electronic cigarettes needs since moving to Western Mass, they are the best. Hands down. UPDATE: Dropping a few stars because the prices have skyrocketed since my review has been posted. No one should pay $40 bucks for a five pack of coils.

Best smoke shop in Amherst-Northampton area. Staff is great. Selection is extensive and the prices can't be beat by anyone within a half an hour drives radius. Give it a visit.

EDITED REVIEW: Dropped another star- This is THE 3RD time that I've come here, and the store isn't open! This is becoming a huge hassle, one that may just encourage me to buy online and have it shipped to myself rather than trying to buy local, but standing outside for hours collectively waiting for someone to show up it's completely disrespectful. Your customers shouldn't be the one enforcing your posted store opening times Good staff, (they would've earned 5 stars from me) but store hours are not consistent,. Store was supposed to open at 10am. The telephone number that they have you call, goes to a woman at Shop Therapy, who had absolutely no idea what I was talking about (or even the store that I was referencing, for that matter). She told me to "go do errands and keep checking back until he gets there..." I waited over an hour for the worker to show up and open the store. When he arrived, he then asked me to "give them a couple minutes" to chill with his coffee, before he "opens" the store, soooo... No apology. No "sorry I'm late". No "I'm sorry for being disrespectful". Nothing. It's now 11:09AM. I'm still outside. (meanwhile, 4 customers have left) He jamming out to tunes, inside. I still don't have what I came here for. P.S.- had a typical response like: "there was a lot of traffic" or "my child needed an extra diaper" or *anything at all*, anything-, I probably would've just let this slide entirely.

Always locked up with lights on if I try to go before 11am. Website says it opens at 10am. Please change open time or website time. Great service otherwise

Came here at before 10 expecting them to be open it’s 10:09 ok 1/29/20 and nobody is inside answering calls or even preparing for the day I’m super mad and wanting papers and you’re the only one in town ..
