I spoke with a female employee this morning and she refused to tell me the price of an item. The employee said (with a rude attitude) "I don't give price quotes over the phone" and she then repeated herself with the same rude attitude. Never have I been spoken to like that over the phone by a business especially a sales person. Do they really expect you to drive and or walk all the way to their store just to find out the item you want is overpriced? Sounds like a really shady business or the employee is just the problem. Will never know because I won't be going to this place. I'm glad none of the other stores I've called this morning or any other days had rude employees like this one. Just makes like more difficult. Just one out of the many stores to avoid and not give hundreds or more in business to. Plenty of other smoke shops without a-holes.

Just called looking for a specific cigar. Woman answered and said they had them, but when I asked if they had enough in inventory, she rudely replied, "I don't know, I only work in the front of the store." I asked if she could check and she repeated the same thing, even more rudely and hung up. Judging from other reviews I've read on this store, this seems to be a recurring issue, so I'll be bringing my business elsewhere.

Best prices around, great selection of top shelf cigars. Great cigar shop, great owners. Hard to find parking sometimes, but worth it! I love this place!

Owner Steve and Debbie are classy people. Best prices and crazy selection. You'll never know what they might have stashed. Debbie is super helpful and like the store name, PLEASANT. Steve is a true BOTL(brother of the leaf), who is genuinely in love of good tobacco. I always buy my boxes here. Some singles here and there but usually boxes..... I think they sponsor numerous charity events, good people, awesome inventory. I stopped going to all the other local stores and I stopped buying online.

Excellent shop. Great cigars kept in excellent condition. Always seemed to get a couple dollars shaved off. They’re very nice. Also great conversation and advice. Was having an issue with a humidor, the advice I got was spot on. I enjoy visiting.

The best smoke shop around here.They always have the cigarette tobacco that I use, but more importantly, the owner his wife and the gentleman that works with them are always pleasant, no pun intended, and as soon as I walk in they are reaching for what I buy, because they take the time to get to know you and you become a friend as well as a customer. It's always nice to deal with a small local retailer that are just nice people.
