AMAZING! The best pieces in the area. It’s like The Witch Doctor of central Mass. The owner is so passionate about the glass and wants patrons to find the perfect piece for them. I didn’t feel pressure to purchase despite looking at 10 pieces. Will definitely be back to buy by long overdue bong.

I had a great experience at the Leominster location! I unfortunately don't know the name of who was helping me but she was very knowledgeable with every product I had questions about. A lot of the products I was asking about were all very different from each other so I was impressed that she had so much reliable information to give on a wide variety of subject areas.

Not very good experience. 35 bucks for a small water pipe. No metal pipes, no screens. i would not go back..... I did read the reply from the store. No confusion at all here as I was there yesterday and stand by my location and feedback. I went in to purchase a small metal pipe and some screens. This was not possible.

So I have visited here in the past, it’s hit or miss on the customer service.......today it was a miss !! I’ve dealt with this character before....don’t know what his issue is, but I walked into an empty store, held the door for the nice kid behind me...who obviously entered after me....then I went to the counter and the character proceeded to ask the nice kid how he was doing and what could he get him???? Think I should have been asked first ! Just saying....
