I would definitely give it thumbs up for service ...as far as the product I bought, Yocan, it’s LOUSY ...unfortunately the sales woman was not there and the man who answered the phone didn’t want to hear about it ...basically cut me short when I suggested they pull it from their stock ...in any case I am STUCK with a product and they have my $$$
