Why can't I give ZERO stars. I am editing this former 5 star review to reflect a zero star review. I called this store after receiving a BLATENTLY defective product less than an hour before. I had recently had a pleasant experience so was expecting understanding as I ensured my defective purchase to be refunded. To my surprise, the call to the "store" was creepily forwardedntChi, who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and handed me off to her husband that LAUGHED as I requested a refund for my product. He laughed at me, wanting my money back for a defective product. The OWNER screamed at me, degraded me, only after threatened with negative reviews and report to the BBB, and put his wife back on the phone only to be swindled with "oh, if you can bring back the product and it is not defective you can get your money back". So they could sell it to someone else and pull the same stuff??? After the owner telling me he was "getting out of bed sleeping" at 5pm and their daughter SCREAMING at me when I simply didn't understand, this horrible family affair of costumer service ended in I needed to meet them in 10 minutes to get my money back or nothing at all. Who responds to that. I could have been killed. Then I start getting text messages. Telling me to get to the store tonight to get my money back. Simple harrassment. They did FINALLY refund the product. But as I said after laughing, screaming, and harassing me via phone call and text message. The "store" number is BLOCKED. Who in the world of costumer service blatantly degrades and insults their costumers in such a manner. I actually write reviews. If I have a great experience I love bringing good small businesses up. Which is what I did for my first trip to this store. The third? I sweat through my shift and was TERRIFIED they would be there when I got there. They are bad people. Please, please do NOT support ANY human being to treat others this way. We ALL deserve to be treated with respect at all times!!

Love that store!!! :) \m/ rock on to the owners of THE PARKER St. smoke shop, they are some real genuine good people. Very nice atmosphere and inviting nature to come into there establishment. They have the some really great products avail. and there prices are fair and perfect for anyone, (exceptionally quality) products for all your specific needs! I shop there multiple times daily and have become friends with them. :) I am very glad to have that kind of business in Gardner.
