Char was absolutely so amazing. So helpful and informative she really helped my girlfriend and I. I had the pleasure of dealing with Eddy who was extremely patient with me and really ended up helping me a lot! This is place is what a smoke shop experience is all about. Awesome staff, wide variety store, wicked pissah time!!

Eddie has helped me over dozens and dozens of times answering every question I have and always packaging up deals to help me feel valued as a customer. This is my one and only smoke shop with anything I need.

Eddy and Shay are the best employees here, not only are they knowledgeable but they also go beyond the call of duty to help you get exactly what you want. In term of customer service those two make it a pleasure to visit the store.

Needed new coils, went here. Two employees were there, both speaking Indian. Completely ignored me and proceeded to assist the white gentleman that walked in behind me, he placed his order got his stuff and left. Still neither one of the employees acknowledged me, began to carry on a conversation in Indian. They kept this up for about 5 mins until I slammed my mod on the counter, then the lady finally looks at me and says hello. Like I haven't been in your small ass store for 10 mins already and you now noticed me. I ordered my coils and left. Will not be returning to such service.

I literally stopped buying Vape juice online because of this store, they charge $40 for 2 60ml bottles of juice. The juices they carry are the best, my only regret is not finding them sooner! Your paying the same amount at the end of the day online after shipping plus waiting a week, save the aggravation and head over to Kloud king. The workers are very helpful, never once have I received an attitude even after trying 10 bottles because I couldn’t make up my mind!
