Friendly staff and nice place but quality of their glass is sub par. Just bought what seemed to be a nice water pipe for about $100. After one use it is immediately clogged. Looking it over and come to find the hole connecting the down stem to the rest of the pipe is the size of a pin. They need to check the quality of their glass before selling it for an absurd price. Not happy and will not be back.

Purchased a few products here and last time one of them was defective so I brought it back the next day and the guy exchanged it immediately, didn't even ask for the receipt. Very nice and accommodating. Good products. Good prices.
