Amazing customer service at this shop!! Not only were Nick and Amanda highly knowledgeable about products and offered guidance and suggestions, but they were were incredibly friendly and kind. I cannot recommend highly enough!!

Horrible customer service! Went in on a Wednesday. ((3pm or so) A fairly unpleasant, inattentive woman, eventually got around to greeting the only customers in the store; me, and another man that came in several minutes after me. Of course she helped the person that came in after me, and didn’t bother to clarify who was the first come to be served first. I know help is hard to find these days, but this store must’ve been desperate. I gave two stars because I was in this past Saturday, and the young man behind the counter was incredibly polite and helpful. I don’t want to hold the entire store based on today’s lazy approach to service, but I doubt I’ll be back. It’s a shame too. I am in the market for a bunch of goodies they had to offer, but there’s too many shops in Boston like that, and I’ll find a store that wants my business.

This place is horrible. Amanda is extremely condescending stand offish and narrow minded. I came in one day after walking past the shop and qas helped by a blonde girl she didnt really know much about the product it was a v2 vap pen its cool in theory but the mah is way too low for it to suit my needs and I had asked her that and she didnt know so i bought and and now im stuck with it. But she was friendly so i went back thats when I met Amanda she bad mouthed my peice she also said she didnt carry any of the parts i needed and couldnt order them which couldn't have been more of a lie I was extremely offended and will never return here. Dont waste your time with this location staff and equipment are all garbage

Amanda was very condescending and less than helpful. She told me that I needed to "calm down" as I was asking her about a product that she firmly recommended. I walked out. Calmly.
