Always very nice cashiers and employees. Items are usually in stock but with COVID-19, it's hard to find stuff here let alone in other stores.

I went to get 20 balloons for my aunt and uncle anniversary. The guy who helped me was very helpful. He was very polite and respectful. I couldn't have had a better person help me with getting all 20 balloons. He even reminded me if I didn't have card which I did forget that they had hallmark cards and I purchased one as well. I guess it had been awhile since I had good customer service and he met my expectations and more.
