I really like the friendliness of the staff and understand their policies of no returns or exchanges or refunds, but the policies are inconvenient to anyone new to either smoking or vaping who might be really dissatisfied with their purchase. Store owner/manager was more helpful with this but they were stiillllll a little reluctant even when a product was defective upon purchase (missing a necessary piece). Their policies state to deal with the manufacturer directly for these things but that can be really frustrating because you can't be sure they'll be of help and you'll have to wait if they do replace a defective part for you. Still: great place, nicest staff, smells great. Just some hassle and frustration which I appreciated very much the store owner handling. I'll be back!

i love this shop! they carry a fascinating selection of pipes, implements and accessories; their sales associate Carabella was also incredibly helpful. she answered so many questions i had and made great recommendations! i will be coming back here.

Today I had stopped by to the store because it had wonderful reviews about both the staff and the glass work that was there. All of the glass work is beautiful but I can not say the staff was helpful. I walked into the store and no one was to be seen. I figured they were in the back and would come out momentarily so I decided to take a look around the store to see if I could find what I was looking for. After 10 minutes of looking around no staff members had come out. Someone else walked in looking for something specific and had to leave because no one came out. More people started to come in and it wasn’t until a coustmer had taken a phone call in the store that a staff member finally emerged from the back of the shop, looking disheveled and as if they had just woken up. It took about 20 minutes for someone to come out and she wasn’t particularly all that helpful as she was still waking up while there was a handful of people in the store. Slightly disappointed with the customer service.
