I'm always having a great experience when I walk into the shop but today when I went in I felt so welcomed, Christina was educated and was ready for any questions I had for her. She made it feel homey, I felt comfortable, just thank you for everything. Definitely recommend!

The selection is more then decent. If they don’t have it their sister store on Eastern probably does. Prices are comparable if not better then anything else local. Shout out to Gabby for being superb on the phone and even more incredible in store. Definitely a shop worth your time if you have a smoke need.

This is my go to spot for all smoke and vape needs! All you need in one stop!! Professional service from the friendliest staff. If you haven’t checked it out it’s a must! It seems some resent changes have been made as far as how the store is run and managed. So if you had an issue before you should totally check it out again. They have the BEST PRICES IN HAGERSTOWN.

As soon as I walked in the curly haired big nose middle aged owner called me the n word and asked if I was gonna buy something or just walk around in circles all day. Went to simple pleasures and the prices and staff were way better don’t waste your time with this store
