Recently bought their Luma device and a few replacement pods (proprietary) and had one of the pods fail to function. When trying to return or exchange the faulty product, I was sent away empty handed. Without entering your information in their system at time of purchase and of course I didn't keep the receipt, I was told that they couldnt verify that it was from their store. This means I have a $60 piece of garbage. Just a heads up for those of you who are looking at Tokyo Smoke as your usual store. They don't care about you. They would rather save $60 than retain a customer. I hope that one decision was worth it. I won't go back, and I recommend you use Meta instead. Their customer service is far superior.
