Prices are ridiculous and smells crazy strong where it’s so uncomfortable. Majority of things are at least 25% more expensive than you’d find online or even Winnipeg. Staff are rude. The way they talk seems like they are always accusing you of stealing. They are so incompetent in everything they are talking about too. Rather avoid it altogether and go somewhere that appreciates my business and I’m not getting ripped off.

Phenomenal, The person who helped me was extremely ethical and her integrity levels where even higher. She walked me thru an excellent customer experience, since I’ve worked for retail for 10 years I know when I see talent and this person is just that, incredibly awesome and talented! Gorgeous rep too!

I ordered wood blinds from Budget Blinds of Victoria several years ago and Dustin McConnell measured and installed them. I was impressed at that time by the high quality of the blinds and by Dustin's professionalism. When I moved into our new home, I thought of Budget Blinds and was pleased to hear that Dustin is now the Sales Manager. After an in-home consultation with him, I ordered four wood shutters, two composite shutters, four cordless solar and roller shades, and one corded roller shade. From start to finish, I was truly totally amazed at Dustin's handling of the order and by his work---a rare commodity these days. He responded to all my written inquiries promptly and thoroughly. The window coverings were meticulously installed and thus each one glides easily while opening or closing. The final price was exactly what was quoted and I wasn't charged extra for services and materials that I asked about and were not part of the initial contract. Even more impressive is that Dustin noticed a few small imperfections in two of the shutters (I didn't notice the flaws) and ordered new replacement ones. My general feeling is that Budget Blinds of Victoria's goal is to ensure that customers are not only delighted with their window coverings but that they view the process as a positive experience. They certainly reached their goal with this happy customer!

WOW, you should see our home. It looks amazing, like something out of a fashion magazine. Today Sean came over and installed the last 4 shutters. (The rest of them were done last July.) We would like to thank Kristi for all her suggestions and creativity in helping us decide which shutters would work best for us in each room. She came out with awesome ideas. And BIG thanks to Sean who (just like Kristi promised) was able to work with all the crooked windows and issues to get shutters to work on the patio sliding door, etc. He never sees a "problem", just a "challenge". His answer was always, "I can do that, no worries". And he did, with patience and a big smile on his face. Our compliments to Budget Blinds for hiring such outstanding employees. Our neighbours and guests are always impressed with the look and work of our shutters. Keep it up. Important work. Patrick and Elsie

Janine was super helpful when she came to help us plan our window coverings. She was easy to talk to, had great ideas that didn't break the bank, and gave good advice. We only waited a couple of weeks for our blinds to arrive. The installer, Joe, was prompt, professional, courteous, quick, tidy, and efficient. I am completely happy with Victoria Budget Blinds. Thank you both. I look forward to a good night's sleep!

I had wooden shutters ordered and installed 5 years ago and just had three more windows done today by the same team. Dustin was very helpful with recommendations and answering my questions promptly. Beautiful quality and excellent work from Sean. Sean was very meticulous and made them fit absolutely perfectly. I love my shutters so thank you very much!
