Very impersonal experience. The gentleman behind the counter didnt acknowledge my presence in the room, which is fine by me, but not everyone. When I asked about a product, he didnt seem to have very much knowledge about it. Further, I paid more for what I bought than I would've elsewhere, excluding the sales tax.

Sold a vape pipe and did not mention it needed a battery and then wouldn’t exchange it and then was stuck with it... the other shops on state road in Kittery are so much friendlier...
