They have been friendly I wish it was a bit faster but what do I expect 😆 its a cool spot they have alcohol slushsy???????what more do you need

Not ethical. They shouldn't sell defective SMOK Vapes that immediately don't work and refuse to refund customers money or exchange for a product that works. I would have taken a credit for a.product that works. Essentially, I gave them $35 and received nothing. I assume they didn't buy these from SMOK (suspicious) b/c SMOK will exchange/refund. Gave the number for his vendor and they told me I needed to deal with the retailer.

Lost money (35 is a lot for me right now). I bought there twice a week. I was sold a defective SMOK Vape by the owner that once home immediately didn't work. Would not refund $35 or exchange for a product that works. That's a lot of $ for me now. Then he wouldn't leave his office when I came back until I pushed it He put the risk on the customer--cost of business on me. I would have taken a credit for a.product that works. Essentially, I gave him $35 and received nothing. I assume they didn't buy these from SMOK directly (suspicious) b/c SMOK will exchange/refund. Go to a real vape shop.
