This is close to my home. Everyone is very nice here. Except one lady. Who is always rude. Has no patience. I've waited at the counter for 13 mins once because she was stocking ghe shelf and kept telling me to hold on so she could finished. By the time she got to register. She was extremely rude. Saying how she can never do anything cuz she always has to ring up customers. Grabbing my stuff and throwing it in the bag. My bread got smushed. She has been rude to me ever since. Every time I come in. All the other employees are so nice . Lately when I see her behind the counter. I just turn around and leave and drive up the street to dollar general.

Dirty store, shelves and stock in disarray, and register system isn't reliable. I stood in line for a ridiculous amount of time while the clerk fought with the register. And he was on the phone almost the entire time talking about his next-day plans. Do yourself a favor, cross the highway, and shop at Frank's!

I'm all for the Family Dollar Store. I'm sure a lot of people are. But they are almost higher than your average grocery stores. Even their clothes. The only thing I don't like about it I can hardly get through the aisles it is always a mess. Tons and tons of boxes needed to be unpacked everywhere. Sometimes I have bought stuff there that says one price why the cashier is telling me it is another price so she takes it upon herself to charge a price that she chooses. That is not cool to do. This is the truth regardless of what anybody thinks.
