It's a bit old, and dated. But it's got a good selection of most things you would want in a liquor/smoke shop. A quick stop and go vs some of the mega stores out there.

I love this place. All the employees super nice, and remember what you order. When I asked them to start carrying a specific wine, they did. They were constantly running out of Coke Zero, and started ordering more of that too, since it is part of my order. I'm disabled, and once fell trying to go into store. Drive thru was closed. Not only did the staff come outside to help me up, they got my order and brought it to me. Can't say enough good things about this store and staff.

All I get there is Smoking vapor. Good flavors. Banana Creme and Vanilla Creme is awesome. Should sell coils for the liquid. For that reason u have to go to 2 different places. No place to buy coils close to it. They don't know much about product

Friendly and helpful staff. Large beer selection. Decent wine and spirits selection. Really nice cigar selection with a walk-in humidor. Also has a large and all encompassing tobacco selection complete with rolling tobacco, vape pens, cigarettes, rollers, papers, filters, and other fine quality tobacco products.

It's unfortunate I can't give 9 stars to offset the unjustified complaint a previous "reviewer" gave. Almost all liquor stores don't have a public restroom because of security reasons. And I thought it was a known fact(and law) that all people in a group get carded when they go to a liquor store. And commenting on a clerk's clothes? C'mon. With that said, I live very close to another liquor store and I drive out of my way to go to Cox's. Their prices are the best and the customer service is always excellent. Great selection all around and if you want a cigar you don't want to miss this place. Kudos to the owner and all the employees! Thank you!

I've been shopping at cox's for years. I buy my cigars, beer, wine, and spirits there. I was interested in a yearly release of old Forrester birthday bourbon (not particularly rare or expensive - certainly no pappy van winkle) and I asked about getting a bottle. I was informed that Cox's values it's customers and doesn't engage in the questionable practice of having a list of preferred customers who get rare limited release items. They are supposedly strictly first come first serve. So I waited until the old fo was released and called asking if there was some in stock. The store informed me that their particular store didn't get any but Hubbard's lane had three bottles in stock. When I went to Hubbard's the manager was extremely rude and told me they DO have it in stock but not for me - it's being held for someone on a SPECIAL order list. So what's the deal? There is no list for special orders but there IS a SECRET LIST for special orders. They take the entire allocation of limited release products to a central location and then distribute to different stores not based on sales but based on class and demographics. If you don't shop on the east end then your store isn't getting anything interesting anyway so why bother to even check? I don't know what kind of policy this is but its simply unfair. I've spent thousands of dollars there and been a loyal customer for years. I can't believe I was treated this way. Hubbard's manager is a jerk and this secret special list is complete b.s.! Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

My visit at cox smokers was very polite and very respectful his name was Emery I go through there a lot very polite store Jennifer as waited on me and Emery is the only one I know that's the only ones ever waited on me but they're very polite and very respectful to their customers your husband the other ones waiting on me too but I don't know their names very clean store all in one very respectful employees
