4:30pm I have been coming to this Family Dollar for years and have always been treated with dignity and respect, and the staff have always been willing to help, however, I just visited this store and was highly disrespected by a cashier behind the counter named (ERICA). Someone needs to know how Erica treats the customers. I am not happy with this particular employee and I will address this matter with the manager the next time I see her and file a formal complaint.The manager and I have known each other for years and I have been a faithful customer for yrs.The manager should and will made aware of how this particular employee (Erica) treats the customers in the managers absence. This is the managers day off per another staff member, however I will be following up on this complaint. ***Upper management, please read and follow up on this situation, as this is a formal complaint on employee named (Erica). Cashier was very speedy and friendly. There was no ac in the store, which made it very hot for the employees and customers.

The hours on the door say they close at 10 on Friday but the door is locked and the lady inside is mouthing I'm closed through the glass at 8:18pm. Must be nice to just close down whenever you feel like.

The store was packed with product with narrow aisles. Costs were competitive. Great to have a store with this much product in a smaller community. Cashier was exceptionally nice.
