I called to ask if a particular item was in stock. "I'd have to check, and I'm busy with a customer", said the guy on the other line. I asked if I could wait until he was done with the customer. "Have a good night man", he said, and hung up. Yeah, pretty sure a person who calls to inquire about an item is a customer as well. Nice business you're running there guy! :/
