Very very poor customer service for the area standard. That's saying something for a college town. Poor poor attitude with the young lady I encountered. Zero professionalism. Save yourself the wasted time and encounter . Been going to the wild side for the last ten years and they will continue to get my business for there amazingly consistent customer service.

I feel like Megan is the heart and soul of the Outer Rim. Megan is the greatest human ever and she will always be willing to assist you with whatever you need. When she helps customers, she listens to their needs and uses her expertise to match them with the perfect product. She is always friendly and whenever I come in I can see the passion she has for this business. I've never met a more driven individual, and it seems like she really cares about what she does and the people she serves. Y'all should seriously check it out.
