I called to see if they had a product. Representative was rude and short sided asked for recommendations to where I might find what I was looking for and was met with more short sidedness and attitude. When I called another smoke shop they were nice, knowledgeable, and helpful they kindly told me they didn’t have it, why they didn’t and that I could find what I was looking for and who to call. Treat your employees how to not act like an attitude filled teenager

This is my place! Great selection and price of goods. Just let them know if they don’t have something your looking for....they will order it and start carrying it just for you!! It doesn’t matter which attendant is working, each have exceptional service and rapport with every customer that walks through the door. The owners are kind and really care about the community around their business. I would be very sad if this place wasn’t apart of my daily routine.

Shortchanged twice by employee that is usually there be careful... Went in 3rd time to confirm today. Guy is like 50+ lol, might as well go quick trip.
