Cheap smokes if in the area. Out of cheap brands often, seems they could order more stock so this isn't common occurrence, but manufacturer must have only released limited quantity to increase value (like diamonds) because the added highly addictive cancer causing chemicals they add aren't bringing enough profit. They do sell "oil burners" from under the counter, but have no selection to tweak on. Smoker's Depot off Harper and 23rd st is stocked with much more smoking accessories, but don't offer overpriced milk and junk food to spend your foodstamps on. Only at Low Cost have I seen EBT accepted.

Got cartons of cigarettes for the first time here today. I am so sorry I did and will never return. All cigarettes are so stale, they kept going out and you can't smoke them.The young woman said that all of their cartons just came in this morning. Maybe, 2 months ago. What a rip off! Beware! I mistakenly believed what I was told.

I am very disappointed with my experiences here. My boyfriend recommended the place to me originally, but neither of us will be shopping here any more. An employee used a racially-derived slang term in conversation with me during my first visit, but I decided to give the place another try. After a few uneventful purchases, I bought a piece of glass and took it home. We were told the return policy was the item could not be used. Before using it the first time, I wiped the mouth piece down lightly with rubbing alcohol. Unfortunately the glass was apparently painted and not colored, and the paint came off with no effort. Rather than use it, I exchanged it for another style, but experienced the same problem. When I attempted to return the second piece for a refund, I was told there were no returns accepted at all. The employee apparently had the owner on the phone at the time, and in spite of the fact that we shop there frequently, they refused to exchange or refund the piece. We believe if the paint comes off that easily, it is unsafe to use. They disagree. We told them we would not be shopping with them anymore, and they didn’t seem to mind so much. Whatever works for them, I guess, but they definitely lost some customers—and they definitely need to carry safer products.
