Staff nice, very willing to give you a deal, because it'll break after 3 weeks. Boyfriends accidently bought a non functioning display piece because guy behind counter didn't know what it was, and had to return it. Tried getting actual item but turns out they weren't selling it anymore. Great incense collection, fun gift shop items, don't get any actual "functional" items. Waste of money.

The atmosphere is normally very chill, except today. I walk in and ( excuse me for not knowing her name ) the girl with red hair asks "if there is something specific I was looking for?" Her tone was kind of off but no matter. "Can I get (product) please?" She rings me up and doesn't ask of I'm a reward member or whatever, so I ask if I can use my rewards number? She instantly gets annoyed like I just ruined her day and says I don't know the number, I said I know I asked if I can use my number? She again didn't go for the machine or ASK for my number, just said I told you I don't know the number! Now I'm like okay look it's okay lady, I'm trying to give you my number. Why are you acting this way? And she snaps back saying I don't know what you're talking about. Then won't let me use my number saying I tried to let you. When? When in that whole scenario did you try?

The staff was so genuine and helpful. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in any store. They were so friendly and a joy to be around. I am six months pregnant and they boxed everything up and helped me carry it to my hotel. It is nice to see that there are still wonderful people in this world. I have already recommended this store to people i have come across. Thank you from South Dakota.
