Incredibly helpful staff. Went in to ask about CBD oil and how to use it, and learned a lot. Good prices, I've purchased various items from them on several occasions. Good quality. The one issue I had with an item, they replaced it with no trouble.

Sold me multiple items that were junk. Glass and electronic. I just bought a water pipe and got home to fill it with water and it is leaking threw a small hole in the stem. It was a good leak where it wasn't usable. I brought it back in hopes that it wasn't used and was told by the manager she would swap it out that they would do just that. I was then told I was confused and that it's my job as a customer to make sure I buy a non broken piece. So apparently they care nothing about quality.

Some of the sales staff have a poor attitude but the main manager( owner?)wss awesome and took the time to make things right including ordering a second to replace defective first and making positive everything worked to my satisfaction. Place IsPRICY BUT they have top shelf items. Make sure you havewhat you want a there is a no return policy
