The manager is rude and unprofessional. I am a regular shopper here. I spend $137.00 here every other week. I made my usual purchase and they ran my credit card. The clerk said that the machine must not be working and I would have to return another time. When I got home I checked my account on line and the charge went thru and the money was taken out of my account. I called store and clerk told me to bring in a copy of statement and come back for my merchandise. I came in the next morning with proof of charge, the manager was aware of the situation. She was rude, unprofessional, and had no people skills. With out going into details of her horrible people skills, she would not give me my merchandise or give me a refund. I had to go to bank and file a dispute to get my money back. They should not have this manager represent this business. They just lost a loyal customer.
