I love this place. The atmosphere is right up my alley and I have never had an issue shopping here. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable about their products. I shop here on the regular for things.

The receipt says "All sales are final. However, items in original condition may be exchanged for other items or for store credit within 15 days of purchase with receipt" and they won't let me exchange an unopened item with receipt the next day. Plus the lady on the phone was about as pleasant as a tumor. She was cocky because her family owns the place and was yelling at me about signs in the store rather than honor their return policy as stated above. It must be nice to scoff in the face of your customers.

This is a small little gift trading shop in the mall. You can find some good deals here and a nice environment. You'll find some of the staff is a local Artisans that go around to the different art shows and fairs. Therefore they know what they're talking about when they talk about local events and when I'm talking to you about items in the store. They're not there just to make money there there to help you.

Reminds me of the "hippy" days. They sell oils, all types of incense, tie-dye clothing etc. I LOVE this store
