Excellent experience. Went in to purchase gift, co-owner Simon is a professional and exceptionally helpful. If you just need a $3 corn cob, this isn't the place for you. High Class Glass is an art gallery that deals in hand-sculpted smoking accessories. Very clean, excellent decor, well-run business. Highly recommend.

I would leave no stars if I could. I have spent the last four years in Colorado working in dispensaries and have sold everything from high end glass to China made, I know how glass is blown and what to expect. The employee asks for our IDs as soon as he sees the door open. Doesn’t even say hi or greet us. I get it, every dispensary makes you show ID twice minimum in Colorado, no biggie. I then ask for a general overview of the products they had. I asked what I could find for under $100 and he shows me an 8 inch water pipe with no description and nothing else. I then asked if that was all I could find for that range and in a condescending manner I got a reply along the lines “just ask me the price of a piece and I’ll tell you” The employee even yelled profanity out to my brother as we left. Cool. I get it. Your glass was made somewhere other than China. Don’t treat your customers like the don’t belong. You sound like a snob and it’s a terrible way of doing business. You’re living in 2008 with your prices and store theme. Grow up.

Kind of a little hole in the wall that's still being set up, but trust me -- the prices and people that own it are super nice. Their pipes start at ten dollars and aren't cheap looking, either. It's like the owner said "all merchandise was made here, and isn't mass-produced." It's clear that the owners of this shop have a true passion for creating the best type of business they can in an area that is free of this "niche" if you will, and so they are the first head shop to be in Fishers... but trust me, it's worth it! If anything for the great smell of incense. :P
