Great location for me. I am a member of the cigar lounge. The people that I have met there come from a different background than I am but they are out going and friendly. The owners are knowledgeable about cigars and friendly to their customers. Most importantly the price is right on the cigars they sell.

After I parked and started to walk towards the shop, I was overtaken by the enchanting smell of fresh Tobacco. The selection they have if awesome and hands down some of the best prices I have seen, their selection includes some awesome limited release cigars as well. Very pleased with the whole experience. I look forward to partaking of the lounge soon

We stopped in thinking this was more of a tobacco shop--it's definitely just cigars. So, they didn't quite have what we were looking for (vape stuff, loose tobacco, blunts--it did look like they had some loose tobacco), but what an interesting place! It's very large as far as tobacco or cigar shops go, and it seemed about half of the place was a giant humidor. And, wow, every cigar smoking accessory you could imagine. Since we were looking for blunts, the gentleman behind the counter showed us a small selection of cigarillos that was a bit dusty and overpriced -- I can't imagine a lot of people buy those there. He was very nice and attentive, though, even after it was clear that he didn't have what we were looking for. Definitely not what we were looking for, but if anyone ever asks me where to buy cigars I'll recommend this place just based on their massive selection!

Offering a large variety of cigars from which to choose, as well as great package deals, this is the best cigar shop in the greater Chicagoland area. I personally enjoy sending my husband there to enjoy a smoke in the lounge, so that I can have my nails done in peace next door. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in matching you to cigar(s) you'll truly enjoy. We are routine customers and benefit greatly from the rewards system, also.

This is the best cigar shop I have found in the Chicago land area hands down. They have a wide variety of cigars and things you will just not find elsewhere.
