Been here a couple times. The employee seems like he's annoyed by having to serve customers because it's taking him away from playing with his phone! Go to the Libertyville or Gurnee location, much better and friendlier staff! I won't be back!

I’ve always shopped at smokes and such. I started in Libertyville, then Gurnee soon became my “go to” store. Now, with my move, round lake beach is my spot and the customer service, knowledge, and atmosphere is just all around amazing. Good vibes at this place, their employees always try their hardest to get their customers things they want, and try to learn about what they like, to help ensure they’ll most likely be completely satisfied with their purchase. Sean in the round lake location really went an extra mile to make my experience memorable, so I also just wanted to add that too!

I'm glad you guys have a location in round lake now. Very convenient since it's very close to my job. Great staff and great products. Love how you're are never out of stock of anything when I go in. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about all products. Smokes and such is always my go to smoke shop. Glad you guys are progressing into more towns.

The same great people and prices as their other stores. I'm glad they came closer to me. Lots of choices in all price ranges, and the best prices! This store needs a cat too!!
