This is a cool shop. Lots of artist glass. Owners back their product if you encounter problems. Customer service in this kind of business is often difficult given the nature of what you are buying, but these guys do a great job making amends. I personally had a problem with a defective piece, but after explaining the issue (piece was still usable), they made things right and I remain a happy customer. Thanks again.

The guys in here were nice enough to give advice and tools for a personal project of mine that didn't end up making them any money. That's how you get a lifetime customer. These guys know what they're doing, and their shop has awesome pieces.
